FAQ's
What ingredients are in your products?
All of our candles are made with blended wax that consists of mainly soy + food grade paraffin. This is the same kind of paraffin wax that is used in cosmetics, candy and on food in grocery stores (such as apples). Our wax melts are made with 100% soy wax.
In addition to the wax, we use high quality fragrance oils that are International Fragrance Association compliant. Most of which are free from carcinogens, reproductive toxins, and other potentially hazardous chemicals often found in fragrance oil.Â
Our candles include wooden wicks that are sourced here in the US.
How should I care for my products?
Candles: To increase the candles lifespan, be sure to allow the wax to melt to the edges of the jar on the first burn.
Don't burn your candle for more than 4 hours at a time and never leave a lit candle unattended.
Before re-lighting, we recommend trimming the wick to 1/4" & getting the charred bits off by using your fingers or wick trimmers for a clean, safe & even burn.Â
We recommend not to proceed with burning if only 1/4"-1/2" of wax remains. Lighting a candle without enough wax can overheat the jar.Â
Melts: Only use in warmers approved for wax melts, do not add water, do not leave unattended and discontinue use if dish contains less than 1/2" of wax.
Can the jars be recycled?
Of course! And we highly recommend it.
Place your candle jar in the freezer overnight. The next day you can take the jar out of the freezer and flip it upside down, the remaining wax should pop right out as it has shrunk! If it doesn’t, you can use a spoon to press down on one edge of the wax to lift and remove it.
Once the jar is free from any remaining wax, you can pop out the wick holder using a spoon or fork and proceed with washing + drying!
For melts: Please recycle packaging once empty
