Candle of the Month Club Subscription Policy

Thank you for joining the Red Rock Candle Co. Candle of the Month Club. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following Subscription Terms and Conditions.

Subscription Program

The Candle of the Month Club is an automatically renewing subscription service that provides subscribers with a monthly shipment of specially curated candles and/or related products.

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to these terms and authorize Red Rock Candle Co. to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until your subscription is canceled.

Automatic Renewal Authorization

YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW UNLESS CANCELED.

By enrolling in the Candle of the Month Club, you expressly authorize Red Rock Candle Co. to automatically charge your payment method for recurring subscription charges, including applicable taxes and shipping fees, at the frequency selected during checkout.

Charges will occur on or around the same day each month corresponding to your original purchase date.

You acknowledge that your subscription will continue until canceled and that you are responsible for all recurring charges incurred before cancellation becomes effective.

Billing and Payment

Subscribers are responsible for maintaining accurate and current billing information.

If a payment method cannot be successfully processed, Red Rock Candle Co. may attempt to process the payment again. If payment remains unsuccessful, your subscription may be suspended or canceled.

Managing Your Subscription

Subscribers may manage their subscription through their customer account portal, including:

  • Updating billing information

  • Updating shipping addresses

  • Skipping an upcoming shipment (if available)

  • Pausing a subscription (if available)

  • Canceling a subscription

Changes must be made before the next billing date to affect the upcoming order.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account portal or by contacting us at contact@redrockcandleco.com.

Cancellation requests must be submitted before your next scheduled billing date. Once a renewal payment has been processed, that month's order will be fulfilled and cannot be canceled.

Cancellation of your subscription prevents future charges but does not entitle you to a refund for charges already processed.

Refund Policy

Because monthly subscription products are prepared and reserved in advance, subscription charges are non-refundable once processed.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery at contact@redrockcandleco.com, and we will gladly work with you to resolve the issue.

Shipping

Subscription boxes are typically processed and shipped monthly. Delivery dates are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather events, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Red Rock Candle Co. is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers.

Product Availability

While we strive to provide the advertised monthly products, Red Rock Candle Co. reserves the right to substitute products of equal or greater value due to supply shortages, seasonal availability, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Price Changes

Subscription pricing may change from time to time. If pricing changes, subscribers will receive notice before the new pricing takes effect. Continued participation in the subscription program after notice constitutes acceptance of the revised pricing.

Modifications to the Subscription Program

Red Rock Candle Co. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Candle of the Month Club at any time. Material changes to these terms will be posted on this page and, when required by law, communicated to subscribers.

Billing Schedule

The Candle of the Month Club is billed monthly. Subscription renewals are processed on the last day of each month for the upcoming month's shipment.

Monthly subscription orders are typically processed and shipped on or around the 5th day of each month.

New subscribers who enroll on or before the last day of the month will receive the upcoming month's candle shipment. New subscriptions placed after the monthly billing cutoff will begin with the following month's shipment.

For example, customers who subscribe on or before July 31 will receive the August shipment, which will ship on or around August 5. Customers who subscribe beginning August 1 will receive the September shipment.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Red Rock Candle Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from participation in the Candle of the Month Club or the use of products provided through the subscription program.
